Chef's Chance to 'Kiss the Girl'...Guy! Whatever!

Like all Star Trek episodes (Balance of Terror being one of the few exceptions in that it's about battle strategy and it forces us to subsist on 2 meagre long looks Kirk casts at Yeoman Janice--not the normal quota of TrekAction you find in the original series) this one has a moment for something magical and soft.
While it's not the lips of a beautiful girl (I don't do girls), or even a hottie guy, or even a high percentage cacao piece of chocolate- this episode's "moment" is my discovery of why the apple is so revered by the earth religions. Magic and flavor are gracing the tops of the apple tortes (though I did burn one on the bottom and have had to cut the burned part off).
