Sweet Heat: The Roundup

The roundup for this month's Sugar High Friday is here! My great thanks to Heather of Soufflé Days for her participation in the theme with Mexican Chocolate Pots de Crème:

A rich chocolate pot de crème made with rounds of Mexican chocolate. The initial spoon of smooth custard is coupled with a heated chili aftermath.



















I learned a few things about the traditional French cake, the Madeleine with my Dark Chocolate Pepper Madeleines.
