Where the Appetizers Go- Evasive Maneuvers!
All cut into bits and nicely placed under plates, the 10 cakes are loaded in the Toyota Corolla Shuttlecraft (I call it The Seahorse). They will be fired off into an asteroid field of homemade spanikopita, mini quiches, salmon and capers on endive, crostini, stuffed mushrooms, olives, cheeses, nuts. There they will get progressively served during the night alongside the chocolate fountain and tiramisu cream in mini ice cream cones. They arrive here in Chef Moon's workspace beside the kitchen as he preps food for the guests.
