Dessert Chef’s Log: 31.16.69 Tasked with limited pans and in anticipation of 60 happy, hungry people eager to celebrate Rachel and Dave’s (our) engagement, my one-woman crew (supervised by the cat) must finish the baking of 10 cakes/tortes. The dessert course to be presented at Saturday’s party.
